The client’s brief was for a swimming pool of a particular size, with a Jacuzzi. It requested a large patio, a dining area, and an outdoor cinema/seating. One of the challenges was the large slope of the site, and layout had to incorporate all required zones despite the train. The design was developed by first modeling the land relief. Secondly, the highlight of the brief was a large pool. Although being an important focal point, the pool should not obstruct the mid-access and the circulation on the site. Never the less , the changes in levels complemented the new layout. The entertainment zone was spread further on the site, the homeowner’s daily use areas were closer to the patio doors.

Functional

Whether it is a smaller or a larger garden, in every project we aim to create a spaces that is personal and functional.

Sheen Park Road /1

The brief was for a holiday Ibiza vibe garden-style. Not all arid climate plants will grow in the UK, therefore the desired vibe had to be achieved through minimalistic design and stone / textured concrete and decking finishes. The brief also requested an exercise area, storage, gathering area, and shelter possibly from the neighbors above.
It is a small London Townhouse garden, with a garden office opposite the patio doors, and therefore with less available views and space to develop the design dew to the missing back wall and crossing through the middle to access the office. The other was for a Mini Garden Design and given the challenges I developed 3 proposals, of which suggestion 2 was a classical style garden, unlike the brief, so the client can have a bigger understanding of the possible option.
All three proposals have aimed to elongate the space with an additional wall – as a bench or water feature, which creates a new layout, and hides the office with a new view

Balanced

Our projects create a balanced and carefully proportioned space. They harmonize the architectural style with the natural surroundings, creating a seamless connection between indoors and out. They are tailored to elevate the way you experience outdoor living. Through careful considered layout, attention to detail and materials.

The client required a classic contemporary garden. The design formed linear perspective layouts and structure, layering long lines of vegetation at different heights. The centerpiece of the garden design is a large granite water feature, with a surrounding of cobbled paving and two Amelanchier Lamarckii trees that create a strong sculptured look, creating a strong perspective view. There are two patios-one accessible directly from the patio doors, another further at the back hosting a firepit.
